Purcell Condos

This complex has a No Pets Policy.  One of the original complexes at the Kimberley Alpine Resort, the Purcell condo complex has a location unparalleled at the resort.  Views from this complex are spectacular, with unobstructed views of the Canadian Rockies to the East, and ski hill to the North.  This complex is located adjacent to the skiers bridge - walk from your unit right to the slopes of the hill. Enjoy the common hot tub after a day on the slopes.  During the summer months, cool off in the outdoor pool located on the complex grounds.

All units at the Purcell complex are owned individually and therefore have renovations and interior design that are particular to each individual unit.  Please inquire as to exact amenities you require as all units do not have the same decor and inventories.  All units managed by the Kimberley Lodging Company have been renovated however, the extent of renovations varies from unit to unit.

Purcell Hotel 2 Bedroom Unit
The Purcell 2 bedroom unit can sleep 8 guests maximum. The unit is a combination of 1 bedroom unit plus an adjoining hotel unit. Please see below for each individual type. The two bedroom has 2 double beds in the adjoining hotel unit, 1 queen bed in the bedroom and 1 pullout double or queen hide a bed in the living area. Some units have gas/natural wood fireplaces. Please inquire if fireplace is required. There are 2 full bathroom in the 2 bedroom unit.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies

A Visa, Master Card, Discover Card number or cash/cheque deposit is required to confirm booking.  A handling fee of $50 + GST per reservation will be charged for all cancellations.  If cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival one night's accommodation will be charged. Holiday Season Booking Policy

Holiday Season Booking Policy applies to any bookings that fall fully or partially in the dates below.  All dates are inclusive:

  • December 24th, 2016 - January 2nd, 2017
  • February 17th - 25th, 2017
  • July 21st & 22nd, 2017

A deposit of 50% of the total stay including taxes is due upon booking.  The remaining 50% of total booking is due 45 days prior to arrival.  All deposits are non refundable.  In the event that a cancellation is necessary, we will do our utmost to rebook the unit and if successful, a full refund will be granted.  In the event we cannot rebook the unit, we will offer a credit of 50% of the total for any NON Holiday Season dates for the following year.  We recommend cancellation insurance.
